Suzan Jorgensen
Emmy Award winning writer and producer Suzan Jorgensen has written and produced a myriad of live and taped television shows. Her career began and remains in Los Angeles; however, she’s led production teams throughout the United States and around the world. Some of her work includes police procedurals, reality shows, documentaries, awards shows, daily magazine shows, talk shows, game shows and producing The Los Angeles Marathon live broadcasts earning her two of her nine Emmys. Other credits include writing, producing and directing specials, concerts, behind-the-scenes specials, commercials, trailers and on-air promotion for several production companies and television stations including: CBS, Discovery Channel, Disney, FOX, Johnson and Murphy Advertising, The Africa Channel, MCA, KCAL-9, KCBS and KCOP Television. Jorgensen was elected and served two terms on the Board of Governors for The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
Carrie Stewart Nolan
Carrie spent 30 years working in the entertainment industry. Beginning her television career by doing research for the questions on the game show, Jokers Wild. Carrie went on to write and produce television specials and documentary type shows, earning her 4 Emmy award nominations. In addition to Carrie’s production work, Carrie worked with Nancy Reagan and the White House Conference for a Drug Free America bringing celebrities on board to help with her cause and producing a series of public service announcements. A published author of the Children’s book, My Little Miracle, a book designed to help children going through grief, Carrie is currently writing a 45-book, educational book series to introduce children to history and the Presidents of the United States.
Teresa Mitchell Clausen
Enchanted by history and fascinated by discovery through DNA and genealogy. Teresa is the founder of Dal Riata and serves as the Executive Director. Teresa’s education reflects her passion, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a concentration in History and a minor in Anthropology from Western Oregon University. Teresa is a fierce advocate for social justice and environmental sustainability. Her career path has been eclectic in civil services to management roles in fortune 500 companies. She serves as a volunteer researcher for family associations and as a regional representative for another non-profit organization.
A family historian, Teresa’s has spent over 25 years documenting her own family lines. She is a member of Shipley’s of Maryland, the Innes Sept and is currently working on the Mitchell Legacy Project and “I am William Porter” an anthology. Teresa is an avid reader and book collector; she has a deep-rooted love for old bookstores and libraries.
